Proventure products have a firm reputation as cost effective alternatives to Hilti equivalents, with no reduction in performance. Following pull out tests carried our on site, a London client approved PRO V500 resin to secure the structural bars on site, overturning the original Hilti HIT-RE 500 V3 specification.
In 2017, work began on the Bristol MetroBus System. A joint project between Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire councils, MetroBus aims to fill in the gaps between rail and existing bus services. Proventure supplied M20 insert sockets and PROV500 resin as an approved alternative to Hilti HIT-RE 500 V3 .
In January 2018, work started to convert the Lynemouth coal powered power station to a new biomass fuelled power plant. PRO V200 injection resin (alternative to Hilti HY200) and M20x260mm V anchor rods were used to secure the temporary bases, support towers and hopper build up frames.
On this major project to refurbish and heighten of the existing sea wall to reduce coastal flooding, our PRO V200 was specified for the anchoring of the new sea wall panels. In addition, mechanical anchors for steel angles and shot fired fixings for concrete shuttering were supplied.
