Mesh Sleeve
- Composite mesh sleeves for fastenings in masonry and hollow base materials.

Composite mesh sleeve for fastenings in masonry and hollow base materials. Approved for use with PRO V200 injection resin in combination with chemical V anchor rods in the range of M6, M8, M10 and M12.
An alternative to the Hilti HIT SC screen tube and HIT S plastic screen tube.
Can also be used in combination with internally threaded inserts.
Installation
- Place the mesh sleeve in the cleaned drill hole and fill with PRO V200 injection resin from the base of the mesh sleeve.
- Simultaneously push and twist the chemical V anchor rod into the resin until it reaches the base of the mesh sleeve. The twisting action forces the resin through the sleeve and into the base material.
- The centring ring holds the anchor rod in place during resin curing and prevents resin backflow out of the sleeve.
